We want to address a set of frequently asked questions on how the communication and ongoing project delivery look like when a Client choose to work with us.
Are we going to have regular meetings?
While we do try to minimize the amount of Zoom meetings we take, we understand that it is crucial to have meaningful loop for communication. We invite Clients to our Kanban board either on Good Day Work tool or on Slite shared workspace to see what are the requests we working on and updates on statuses.
Besides that we do also maintain a Slack channel for async communication on specific project and do weekly iterations with Zoom calls scheduled on the same day of the week to update each other and decide about roadmap.
How I can send my requests?
We want to centralize the communication inside the Kanban board but our Clients are using Figma comments to request changes, PDF with a bunch of comments and screenshots to report a front-end tweaks, or dropping requests via Slack or compiling things into one large Google Doc and submit as a bulk.
I have a team that work on my website/shop with us can I invite them?
Yep sure we only ask them to read the playbook on how to collaborate and communicate with us in the most efficient way here (link)
How fast I will receive requested features?
We aim to be available for our current Clients with ongoing projects (aka projects that are allocated on the weeks timeline and got a specific number of hours per week 20-40h) as well as projects we finished working on either week ago or a year ago. In both cases our goal is to provide expected date we can handle the request in 2 business days from the time we got a request.
